About this Speaker
MADDY HARLAND Maddy is editor and co-founder of Permaculture Magazine, an international quarterly in print, digital and online. Maddy co-founded Permanent Publications in 1990, a publishing company, and a trustee for Common Earth, a joint initiative between the Cloudburst Foundation and the Commonwealth, a climate action programme aimed at supporting member states to adopt regenerative solutions to address climate change. Maddy has one of Britain's most establish edible forest gardens. She is the author of Fertile Edges: Regenerating Land, Culture and Hope and The Biotime Log.
